Another beaded rope…

I have to say that I’m totally in love with beaded ropes! They are really simple and beautiful and can go from day to night pretty well. Not to mention the fact that they are pretty simple to make, so the reward for effort isn’t bad either.

This is one of the latest ones to come out of my craft room and I absolutely adore it! I made this as a birthday gift for a girlfriend of mine and she loved it too 😀 Happy days!

This bracelet is made with a Chenille Stitch, there’s a tutorial for how to do that here done by the wonderful people at The Potomac Bead Company who make wonderful, easy to follow, video tutorials.

I’ve used 11/0 Toho seed beads in a stunning matt blue iris and a bronze along with smoke colored Fireline thread to make it and finished it all off with a toggle clasp.
